Shout out to the troops and win Holiday World / Splashin' Safari tickets!

 

All this week (June 29-July4) be caller 4 when you hear the patriotic cue to call (1-800-978-5755). You'll get to record a brief Fourth of July "shout out' thanking our troops, plus we'll enter you into a drawing to win Holiday World tickets.

The random drawing for the tickets is Monday, July 6th at 7:20 a.m. on the Morning Cruise. One drawing is for 4 tickets and two drawings for 2 tickets. General contest rules apply.

Christian Family Radio will be collecting items to donate to the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society, Wednesday, July 8th, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., outside both entrances to the Bowling Green Ballpark. See the list of items needed.

You know of an organization or someone who’s had a powerful impact on Southern Kentucky. Nominate them for a Community Impact Award.

The categories include:

• Outstanding Volunteer; Outstanding Philanthropist; Outstanding Business; and Outstanding Nonprofit Organization.
